Andrea "Andy" Fulham Hartson

Andrea “Andy” Fulham Hartson, age 79, passed away on Monday, June 2, 2025, in Memorial Hospital after having a heart attack and other medical complications.

Andy was born on January 6, 1946, to the late Walter T. Fulham and Willel S. Fulham. She had one sister, the late Yvonne Besser.

Andy graduated from Holy Angles High School and Marinello Beauty School. She also attended LSUNO. Andy was married to William J. “Joe” Hartson, Jr. for 58 years and had three children, Gwynne Wright (Jay), William J. Hartson III (Valentina), Amy Hartson (Eric Dolly). They gave her five grandsons, Zachary and Jacob Hartson, Alexander and Charles Hartson, and Nicholas Wright.

Andy worked as a hairdresser for several years, was a stay-at-home mom while raising her children, and after the children left home, she worked at several drug stores in the pharmacy.

Andy will be loved and missed by her family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, June 30, 2025, at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 1726 15th Street, Gulfport. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport is honored to serve the Hartson family.
