Andrea Phillips

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn that passing of Andrea Phillips of Kingston on June 5, 2025 at the age of 78 years.

She was born on March 11, 1947, daughter of the late Andrew and Florence Coslett Ronall. She was a graduate of Kingston High School Class of 1965. She is also graduate of Empire Beauty School.

She was the owner of Andreas Beauty Salon. She was a member of Church of Christ Uniting. Andrea enjoyed spending time with her sons, sisters, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. She was a wonderful mother that passed on love, respect and kindness to her sons. She loved dancing, working out, making sure that she always had a path of flowers near her door, taking walks and baking the best chocolate chip cookies.

In addition to her parents, Andrea was preceded by her sister, Charlotte Jones.

Andrea is survived by her former husband, Joseph Phillips, Wilkes-Barre, PA; sons, Joseph Rodney Phillips and wife Susan, Coopersburg, PA, Greg Phillips, New York City, NY; grandchildren, Laura Phillips, Coopersburg, PA, Samantha and wife Shawna, Philadelphia, PA; sisters, Bonnie Hasiak and husband Michael, Margie Price and husband Ward.

Family and friends are invited from 10 to 11 AM on Friday, June 20th, to Church of Christ Uniting, 190 S. Sprague Ave., Kingston.

Memorial service will be held following visitation hours at 11 AM, with Rev. Jane Pykus, officiating. Interment will be held after the service at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Wyoming. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Hugh B. Hughes & Son, Inc. Funeral Home, Forty Fort.
