Andree Van Wert Obituary
Andrée Van Wert, née Arbec, born in Quebec, Canada, died peacefully August 5, 2024 in Rochester. She married Donald Van Wert in 1958 in Farnham, Quebec. Andrée and Donald went on to have three children, Debra, Lance, and Theresa.
Ann was a person of strong faith, and had a devotion to Our Lady of Fatima. She loved her family and passed her faith on to her children. She enjoyed spending time with friends, learning, writing poetry, and travel.
Pre-deceased by her husband, Donald. She is survived by her children, Debra (John Sneeringer), Lance (Lori), and Theresa (Timothy) Frawley; grandchildren, Ashley Van Wert Younger, Benjamin, Megan, and Carolyn Frawley; and great-grandchildren, Mea, Mason and Jayce.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday August 10, at 10 AM at Holy Apostles Church, 7 Austin Street, Rochester, NY, 14606. Inurnment Holy Ghost Cemetery Coldwater Road, Rochester NY 14624. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Holy Apostles Church.
