Andres T. Alvarez born on November 9,1933, passed away on Friday, September 12, 2025, in his hometown San Antonio, TX. Dad is survived by his children Martha Chavarria, Patricia Salinas, Rosalia Lopez, Sonia Mandujano and his only son Adrian Alvarez. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Dad was cherished for his kindness to everyone he met. He guided his children from a very young age. He also watched his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren carry-on family traditions. He supported his children whenever any of us were in need of assistance.

Dad's love for music began from the very young age of 16, and carried on throughout most of his life.

In his last days of life, he also enjoyed cooking for his family, especially his favorite dish "menudo", which was one of his specialty dish. He will be greatly missed by his children, grandchildren, family and friends and all who knew him.

In his final days, he tried to stay upbeat to the best that he could. He tried to be strong and not to be an inconvenience to his children even though he struggled.

We are grateful to Jehovah for the many years he allowed us to spend with him.

We look forward to the time he will be resurrected in a paradise earth and we will all be reunited with him again.

(Revelation 21:4)
