He is survived by his parents, Larry T. Altizer, Jr. and Teresa Coleman and husband Ray of North Tazewell, VA; one brother, John Thomas Altizer and wife Hope of Bluefield, WV; maternal grandparents, Bennie and Nola Meadows of Peterstown, WV; paternal grandmother, Nancy Altizer Closson and husband Joe of Lake Placid, FL; and many other cousins and extended family members.
Memorial services will be held at 3:00PM on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at the Broyles-Shrewsbury Funeral Home Chapel in Peterstown, WV, with Pastor John Altizer officiating. Visitation will be held from 2:00PM until time of services on Saturday at the funeral home.
