Andrew Dudzik

Andrew Dudzik, 93, former Krakow area resident, died peacefully Friday morning, January 3, 2025. The son of Andrew and Mary (Tokarz) Dudzik was born December 1, 1931 and lived in Krakow most of his life.
Andy was a United States Army veteran, serving from 1953 to 1956. He worked in construction and then as a welder for many years. A faith-filled man, Andy also had a very strong work ethic and was so proud that his son, Scott, took that trait into his own adult life. He especially loved his family; he and Scott always told each other, by name, "I love you!"
Country Western music was a favorite of his, he was a true fan of Kenny Rodgers. Andy also enjoyed a good polka, either dancing or playing the songs on his accordion.
Survivors include his son, Scott (Bobbi) Dudzik, Kimberly; a grandson, Scott Dudzik, Plover; one brother, Gary (Diane) Dudzik, Krakow; Bobbi's son, Leighton; his grand-dog, Mishka; nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant son, Mark, his daughter, Denise; his former wife and mother of their children, Carol; four brothers: Jack (Millie), Gene (Ruth), Ray (Stella), and Ben (Ann Sue); and six sisters: Ann Dudzik, Mary "Midge" (Don) Winter, Clara (Walter) Jagodzinski, Beatrice (Edward) Spreitzer, Eleanor (Tony) Zima, and Roberta (Keith) Hanlon.
Friends are invited to gather with the family at St. Casimir Church, Krakow, from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 9th. The Funeral Service will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the church, Fr. Carmen Scuderi, O.F.M. presiding. Military Honors by the Pulaski Area Veterans will follow the service. Burial will take place in the parish cemetery.
