Janice Ann Robaidek, 83, Pulaski, passed away Tuesday, August 19, 2025. The daughter of Norbert and Viola (Sigl) Van Lannen was born on February 28, 1942.

Janice grew up in the Pulaski area and was a 1960 graduate of Pulaski High School. On June 17, 1961, she married Ronald Robaidek at Assumption B.V.M. Church in Pulaski. He preceded her in death on October 15, 2016.

Two beautiful people joined as one who worked together to make living fun; two partners in life in both work and play. The couple raised their family, ran a dairy farm, and owned a farm equipment and silo business, Robaidek Silo, Inc. Janice instilled her hard work ethic into her children and was truly the "Rock" of the family.

Janice volunteered much of her time helping Assumption B.V.M. School and worked the elections for the Township of Angelica. She was also a lifelong member of Assumption B.V.M. Parish. An avid sports fan, Janice never missed her kids' and grandkids' sporting events. She also enjoyed bowling, playing cards and marbles, cooking, and making an occasional trip to the casino.

Survivors include her six children: Russell (Kris), Rick (Tina), Rocky (Karen), Randy (Chris), Jay (Heather), and Shelly (Nick) Kottke; 17 grandchildren: Brooke (Tom) Tkatch, Beth (Kyle) Kowalczyk, Bryce (Maranda) Robaidek, Jennifer (Leland) Hill, Joey (Jess) Robaidek, Dalton (Jacob) Robaidek, Brandon Robaidek, Preston Robaidek, Carson (Abby) Robaidek, Katlynn (Matt) Homan, Brock Robaidek, Allaina Robaidek, Griffin (Emilie) Robaidek, Gatlin Robaidek, Gabby Robaidek, Kelly Kottke, Kutter Kottke, Tristan, Austin, and Kelsey; 22 great grandchildren: Arabelle, Onyx, Eviana, Iryn, Uma, Skyler, Kinsley, Landyn, Sawyer, Macy, Hayden, Collin, Gracelyn, Schuyler, Jayden, Khole, Henry, Clyde, Eleanor, Walker, Adalida, and Bryce. She is further survived by her siblings: Joyce Kolodziej, Vernon (Pat) Van Lannen, Dale Van Lannen, Jim (Barb) Van Lannen, Faye Lasecki, Diane Dombrowski, Ron Van Lannen, and Gary Van Lannen; sisters-in-law: Carol Van Lannen, Joan Schulke, Mary (Dan) Woerher, Jean Robaidek, Jane Robaidek; and a brother-in-law, Donald (Donna) Robaidek.

In addition to her husband, Ron and parents, Norbert and Viola, she was preceded in death by her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Julius and Virgilla Robaidek; grandson-in-law, Jimmy Stachura; great grandson, Beau Hill; brothers: Jerome (Lucille) Van Lannen, Robert (Betty) Van Lannen, Roger Van Lannen, Leonard Van Lannen; brother-in-law and sister-in-law: Rudy Kolodziej and Phyllis Van Lannen; and brothers-in-law: Alan Lasecki, Chuck Dombrowski, and Orville Schulke.

Friends are invited to gather at Assumption B.V.M. Church, 119 E. Pulaski St., on Sunday, August 24, from 2-6 p.m. with a parish wake service at 5:30 p.m. Visitation will continue at the church on Monday, from 9-11 a.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. with Fr. James Vacco, O.F.M. presiding and Fr. James Esser, O.F.M. concelebrating. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Assumption B.V.M. School.
