Andrew (Andy) J. Hull, 59, of Golden, IL passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by family on Tuesday March 11, 2025. He was born on October 20, 1965 in Hannibal, MO to Earl and Sharon Schneider Hull. He married Renee Bunch on September 29, 1984 in Pleasant Hill, IL and she survives.
Andy is survived by his wife of 40 years, Renee and their daughter, Stephanie (John) Minor of Golden, IL. He was papa of two grandchildren, Korbin and Piper Minor of Golden, IL. His parents, Earl and Sharon Hull of Baylis, IL, sister, Shari (Roger) Bush of Baylis, Il, brother, Dusty (Roni) Hull of Meredosia, IL, sister-in-law, Rhonda Vance of Denton, NC, and brother-in-law Matt (Sue) Bunch of Golden, IL and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Derrick Hull, his father-in-law, Frank Bunch and mother-in-law, Marge Bunch.
Andy was employed at C&L Tiling. He was a hard working man and thoroughly enjoyed his job. He worked up until his last days. But more than anything he loved a good sunny day spent fishing, making memories traveling with Renee and playing his rocknroll music. He was a family man who enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He had a zest for life and brought laughter to those around him.
Cremation has been accorded. A private family service will be held.
The Lummis-Hamilton Funeral Home in Camp Point is handling arrangements.
