Andrew was born on February 22, 1978 and passed away on Saturday, April 28, 2018. Andrew was a resident of Portland, Oregon at the time of passing. Andrew graduated from Daniel Boone Area High School in 1996 and earned degrees from Penn State University in 2001 and 2005. Burial will be at St. Matthew's Cemetery, Ravine, Pennsylvania on Saturday, May 5th. Memorial donations can be made to the Oregon Humane Society or Almost Home Dog Rescue of Ohio.
