Andrew Knight III Obituary
Andrew J. Knight III, 85, Beverly Hills, FL passed on June 11, 2025. Mr. Knight was a native of Sarasota, FL where he was born to the late Andrew and Bernice (Nee Thompkins) Knight on September 10, 1939. He and his family lived in Cocoa Beach, FL where he worked as an aerospace mechanic at Kennedy Space Center before retiring and moving to Citrus County.
He was a veteran of the United States Army and was a licensed pilot who served in the Civil Air Patrol in both Brevard and Sarasota Counties. He was also a A&P certified mechanic by the FAA.Mr. Knight is survived by his wife of 52 years, Lynn (NEE Pritchard), two sons: Andrew, Jr. and his wife Claressa and Eric and his wife Daniela; and 10 grandchildren.
Private cremation services are being handled by Heinz Funeral Home in Inverness, Florida.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
