Andrew LOZINAK Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Apr. 6, 2020.
Andrew John "Drew" Lozinak, 57 of West Brandywine Twp., passed away peacefully, Saturday, April 4, 2020 in his home surrounded by loved ones.
Born November 9, 1962 in Bryn Mawr, Pa., he was the son of George Andrew Lozinak and Wendy Myra Krisher. Andrew was a graduate of Methacton High School and served his country with the U.S. Army from 1982-1983. He began working with his father as an electrician's helper at age 14. He went on to become a Master Electrician and operated his own company, "A.J. Electrical Contracting" for many years.
Surviving are his fiance and loving companion of 20 years, Lavinia "Vinnie" Halloran; daughters Alicia Simpson and Shana Lozinak; sons Andrew Lozinak, Jr., Steffan Lozinak, and Justin Davis; and step sons, Liam Halloran and Shamus Halloran; Grandchildren: Camden Simpson, Kylee Lozinak, Asha Lozinak, Trenton Lozinak.
Andrew is also survived by his mother Wendy Krisher, father George Lozinak and stepmother Mary "Missy"; Siblings "Irish twin sister" Lisa Anne Lozinak; half-sister Margaret "Molly" Lozinak; nephews Michael Maclasky, George Lozinak and Zachery Lozinak; great nephew Carl Maclasky; Aunt Sheila McLaughlin; "Uncle Jack" Duddy; and many cousins.
Andrew is also survived by his loving and faithful pet "Murphy."
Andrew is predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Helen and Victor Lozinak; and his maternal grandparents, Phyllis and John Krisher and stepsister, Bunny Stanbaugh.
Andrew loved life and lived it fully, always exploring and enjoying new adventures on the Chesapeake Bay and traveling to new places.
He loved the Eagles and never missed a game! Andrew enjoyed many sports from water and snow skiing, motorcycling, horseback riding, dancing and especially boating and fishing. He was happy accomplishing home improvement projects, working in the garden, and lending a helping hand to others where needed.
Andrew loved animals, wildlife and caring for his aquarium. He savored the peacefulness of the water, a beautiful sunset and relaxing with the aquarium. Above all else, Andrew loved being with friends and family and having a good time.
It was rare to see Andrew without his wide smile and contagious laughter. He was loved by many and will be sorely missed by all.
A small memorial service is planned to take place at his home soon with Chaplain Daryl Luginbuhl officiating. This service can be attended virtually by all who wish. Details about the service (date, time, access) will be provided when finalized and will be announced on Social Media.
Andrew was a member of Hopewell United Methodist Church Downingtown, Pa.
The family wishes to express thanks to Holisticare Hospice for the wonderful care provided to Andrew and his family during his final days.
