Andrew A. Redig, age 72, of North Mankato, died on Friday, August 18, 2023 at his home.
Private celebration of life will be held at a later date for the family with interment at Calvary Cemetery, Mankato.
Andrew was born in Wells, MN on June 30, 1951 to Francis and Rose (Huebl) Redig. Before moving to Mankato, Andrew previously lived in Faribault and St. Peter. He was retired from MRCI Day Program. He enjoyed fishing, spending time outdoors, listening to music, attending Camp Confidence, and eating sweets.
He is survived by his siblings, Carol Olson, Rich (Georgine Le Beau) Redig, Joe (Jean) Redig, Mary (Mike) Meyer, Mar (Dave) McDonough, Jerry (Tamra) Redig, Tom (Linda) Redig, Gene (Tracy) Redig, Sharon (Steve) Lenz, Kathy (Steve) Kauffmann, and Rita (Todd) Grunzke; Sr. Regine Marie Redig (Aunt Gina); the Sexton South staff and housemates; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Francis and Rose Redig; brother, John Redig; and nephew, Conor Redig.
