Mark's Funeral & Cremation ServiceAndrew William Skeehan, 70, of Aurora, Colorado, passed on November 29, 2025 at Skyridge Medical Center after a week of Thanksgiving feasting with friends, family, and loved ones.
Born on November 22, 1955, in Washington, D.C. to Marjorie Carman and Raymond Skeehan, Andrew lived a life defined by curiosity, reinvention, and heart. He would have spent far less time telling you what he hadn’t done than listing all the jobs he had: detective, line cook, salesperson, real estate agent, customs expert, nonprofit consultant, data analyst, and tech professional—just to name a few.
More than his résumé, though, he will be remembered for his insatiable love of learning. He devoured hundreds of books and later thousands of hours of audiobooks. He was always ready to share a new fact, a story, or an unexpected connection. He approached the world with enthusiasm, humor, and an open mind.
Andrew is survived by his daughters, Heather and Megan Skeehan; his seven siblings and their families; and six beloved fur-grand-babies. He was preceded in death by his wife and partner of 46 years, Marylynn M. Skeehan, with whom he shared a lifetime of adventure and partnership.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2009 Hudson Street, Denver, Colorado on June 21, 2026. For updates or to receive details as they are confirmed, please visit the event site - https://evite.me/H86zedQvaZ.
