Andrew Cody Tinker, a soul so refined,
Born in McAlester, with a brilliant mind.
In Hartshorne's embrace, his journey did end,
On the fourteenth of May, heaven's gates did extend.
In eighty-one winter's first blanket of white,
To Judy and Joe Tinker, he was their pure delight.
With Harold and Hazel, grandparents dear,
Gene, his stepfather, in memories they'll treasure
His life began with love's atmosphere.
Angela and Amanda, his sisters by blood,
Alongside Joe Curran, they faced life's great flood.
Jordan, Jillian, and Jake, nieces and nephew so dear,
In their hearts, Uncle Andrew will always be near.
Sheila Tinker-Edwards and Monty, his kin,
Half-siblings with whom life's tapestry was spun.
His daughter Carissa, his world, a love that grew
He loved with a heart so immense and so true
His life was like a melody, a song that sweetly plays, with strings of love and choruses that echo through the days. Andrew found joy in strumming chords, in music, he found solace. Singing tunes and writing songs that time will not erase. His music was a refuge, a joyous, creative wing. Andrew loved the strings of his guitar, and the songs that he'd sing.
He strummed on his guitar, notes floating free,
Writing music and singing, in pure harmony.
He delved into the world of science, a curious mind so keen, with books by
Stephen King and James Patterson, his intellect was seen.
His love for the books, science and tales, MacGyver's adventures set his childhood dream sails.
The Bible's words he often read, its wisdom to discern, In every page, a lesson
found, in every verse, to learn.
By the lake, with a rod, or at the range with a gun,
He longed for more travel, adventures not done.
Loving and generous, creative and kind,
In Andrew's big heart, many joys you could find.
Sarcastic and blunt, with humor so bright,
His honesty shone, like a beacon of light.
Andrew's love for family was a beacon, strong and true, A heart so big, so generous, in everything he does. Creative was his essence, a spirit that would forge, generosity his nature, love his constant gorge.
Farewell to a soul who lived with such zest, in the annuals of time, you were truly the best. Your song may have ended, but the melody plays on, For Andrew's light has never truly gone.
To sum up such a life, in a poem seems to brief, But Andrew was a man beyond common belief. Loving, creative, generous, all of these he was, his memory a melody, just because.
Farewell, dear Andrew, with love we let you go, your tune plays on in our hearts, a soft and gentle flow. In memories, we'll keep you close, forever part of our chart. Andrew Cody Tinker, forever in our heart.
In this final stanza, lets raise our voices high, for Andrew, whose spirit will never die. His love, his music, his passion, and his art, will forever play a symphony within our hearts.
"Love is not love which alters when it alteration finds",
A quote by William Shakespeare that reflects his steadfast heart's binds.
