Angel M. Heredia, 76, of Ciales, Puerto Rico, passed away peacefully on November 3, 2025. Born on August 15, 1949, Angel grew up in Ciales before moving to The Bronx in the 1970s. There, he worked as a superintendent for the United Federation of Teachers in the 1980s, earning the respect of everyone around him for his reliability and work ethic.
After moving to Altamonte Springs, Florida, Angel built a life centered on respect, loyalty, and family. At home, he took pride in his projects and loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Angel is survived by his wife, Maria O. Morales; seven children; thirteen grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his son, Angelo Heredia Jr., and many of his brothers and sisters.
A service will be held at Highland Gardens on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 1 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, please honor Angel by treating others with respect-the value he held above all. His quiet strength and kindness will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
