Angel Perez

Angel Ramirez Perez, 70, passed away peacefully on March 9, 2026, in Bakersfield Ca where he was surrounded by his loved ones.

He was born on August 4, 1955, in Union City to Lionel Perez and Lydia Guzman. He grew up in Long Beach, CA and graduated from Long Beach Poly Tech in 1974.

Not long after, he met Debbie, the mother of his children, and together they had four kids: Rachel, Fernando, Adam, and Angel Jr.

Angel was a simple man with a huge heart. He never asked for much but gave so much to others. He was always ready and willing to lend out a helping hand. Everyone knew they could count on Angel.

He loved music and dancing, and he could always "cut it up" on the dance floor, bringing joy and laughter to everyone around him. He had the best sense of humor, a great smile and was forever young.

He was a proud grandpa to six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, all of whom he loved deeply and who will miss him so very much.

He was a beloved brother to five brothers and six sisters, and a loyal friend to many.

He will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
