Full Obituary
Angela S. Hostmeyer, age 46, of Breese, passed away Monday, November 11, 2024. She was born on October 5, 1978, in Belleville, a daughter of Danny Lanter of Aviston and the late Juanita (nee Reilman) Lanter.
In addition to her father, Angela is survived by her children, Shelbe Hostmeyer and Drew Hostmeyer, both of Breese; grandson, Bryson Reibold; siblings, Keri (Mike) Douglas of Breese and Jeremy Lanter of Trenton; nieces and nephews, Myla Lanter, Jace Lanter, Taylor Douglas, and Vaughn Douglas.
Angela was preceded in death by her mother, Juanita Lanter.
A dedicated LPN, Angela found purpose in her work at Dr. Erin Fancher-Gagen's office in Trenton and through her compassionate service with in-home care. She loved spending time outdoors, finding peace in fishing and hunting. Known for her warm, social nature, she cultivated deep friendships and cherished every moment with her beloved grandson, Bryson.
Memorial Service will be Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Moss Funeral Home in Breese with Fr. Von Deeke officiating. Interment will follow at St. Francis Cemetery in Aviston.
Visitation will be Tuesday, November 19, 2024, from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. at Moss Funeral Home in Breese.
In lieu of flowers, plants, and other gifts, memorials may be made to the wishes of the family (checks payable to Shelbe Hostmeyer) and will be received at the visitation or by mail, Moss Funeral Home, 535 N. 5th St. Breese, IL 62230, who is serving the family.
