Linda M. Brosch, age 82, of Breese, passed away at Fireside House of Centralia on Wednesday, June 18, 2025. She was born April 29, 1943, in Nutley, NJ, a daughter of the late August "Gus" and Mathilde (nee Miltenberger) Baehr.

In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her first husband, James Baker; second husband, Raymond Brosch, whom she married June 29, 1986 at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Marydale and he preceded her in death on April 23, 2015; mother-in-law, Mildred Brosch; father-in-law; Edward Brosch; sister, Millie Essert; brother-in-law, Herman Essert; and sister-in-law, Carolyn Ackroyd.

Linda is survived by her loving children, Barry (GiGi) Baker of Centralia, Maria Williams of St. Augustine, FL, Chris (Margaret) Baker of Charleston, SC, and Laura (Mike) Liantonio of New Orleans, LA; grandchildren, Lance Baker, Brittany (Michael) Wright, Breanne (Michael) Kuhn, Dylan Winchester, Lindsay (Tyrell Scott) Williams, Ruby (Marco) Riley, Owen, Gavin and Eli Liantonio, and McKenna, Quinn and Sutton Baker; great-grandchildren, Haven Scott and Harlow Moton, Noah and Sophie Wright, Alden and Baker Kuhn, Genevieve Riley and was anticipating the birth of another great-grandchild; and nieces and nephews.

A woman of deep faith and devotion, Linda was a member of St. Dominic Catholic Church in Breese. She dedicated 20 years of service as a secretary at Mater Dei Catholic High School, where she was respected by staff, students, and faculty alike.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, July 14, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Dominic Catholic Church in Breese with Fr. Patrick Peter presiding. Interment will follow at St. Dominic-St. Augustine Cemetery in Breese.

Visitation will be Monday, July 14, 2025, from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. at St. Dominic Catholic Church in Breese.

In lieu of flowers, plants, and other gifts, memorials may be made to Mater Dei Catholic High School or St. Dominic Parish and will be received at the visitation or by mail, Moss Funeral Home, 535 N 5th St. Breese, IL 62230, who is serving the family.
