It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Angela Mondello- Wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt. Departed peacefully on August 20, 2025, at the age of 105. She is survived by her daughter Rosalie (Ross), son Anthony (Lorraine) and by her cherished grandchildren: Michelle (Angelo), Andrea (Bill) as well as her four great grandchildren Abigail, Madeline, Gianna and Anthony. Angela is predeceased by her loving husband Salvatore, sister Grace (Dan), and brother Thomas (Josephine). Her early years were spent working in the garment district of New York as a seamstress. Later wed to Salvatore after which she devoted herself to family, extended family, and friends. In earlier years her home was always filled with aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, numerous cousins and all their children. Her resilience, strength and energy were focused strongly toward the future, giving encouragement, stressing self-improvement and education. There was always time to connect with everyone, to celebrate and enjoy family milestones. True love of family was her driving force. Her memory will live on; she will be remembered for her love.
