Angela Perna Obituary
Angela was born on December 23, 1930 in Rossiter, Pennsylvania to Guiseppe and Caterina (Accurso) Trebisonda. On April 20, 1979 she married Anthony Perna; they were married 25 years when Anthony passed away in 2004. Angela worked as a company manager for Great Lakes Recycling for over 30 years before her retirement in 1993. Angela was a member of the fraternal order of the Eastpointe Eagles drill team and lady's auxiliary. She was also an avid baker and well known for her Italian "S" cookies. Angela was a woman of great faith as well as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Beloved wife of the late Anthony; loving mother of Karen (Gary) Bahlman and Linda (George) Holtzman; devoted grandmother of Michael (Lisa), Jason (Sarah), Kristin (Corey) Leigh, Eric (Kelsey), Jennifer, Stephen and Matthew; adored great-grandmother of Selena, Braedyn, Emilia, Logan, Maxwell and Olivia; sister of the late Carmella, the late John and the late Margaret; and aunt of many nieces and nephews.
A funeral mass will be held Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. with a 9:00 a.m. instate at St. Peter Catholic Church, 95 Market St., Mount Clemens.
Burial will be at Cadillac Memorial Gardens East Cemetery in Clinton Township.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the family.
