Mrs. Angela Marie Carey Pullian, 51, of Highway 172 West, Bowman, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 27, 2024, at Emory University Hospital Midtown in Atlanta with her husband, John, at her side.
Born in Royston on October 6, 1973, Angie was the only child of the late William Theodore Carey and Nancy Darlena Moon Carey. She was a 1992 graduate of Elbert County Comprehensive High School and worked alongside her parents at Carey’s Convenient Store in Bowman. She also helped her husband John at Pullian’s Pet Center in Royston. Angie was an avid outdoorsperson who loved camping and being at the lake.
Surviving, in addition to her husband of 31 years, John, are her son and the light of her life, Steven John Pullian; special cousins who were like siblings: Missy Mercer, Casey Kesler, and Derek Kesler; nephew, Tim Pullian, his wife Peyton, and their child Riley; parents-in-law, Bo and Shirley Pullian; brother-in-law, Les and Beverly Pullian; aunts and uncles: Pauline Seigler, Barbara Mason, Coy and Martha Moon, and Foye Mae and Bobby Rucker; and many cousins and friends.
A time of visitation celebrating Angie’s life will be held on Wednesday, October 30, from 6:00-8:00p.m. at Berry Funeral Home.
