Angelli Jones Obituary
She was born on July 16, 1967 in New Orleans, Louisiana to parents Julia K. and Edward Wells. At the age of 6, she gave her life to Christ. She was a wife, mother, daughter, sister, RN and Army Officer.
She is survived by her husband of thirty-one years, Gerrard "Gee" Jones; her sons Jonathan G. Jones and Isaiah J. Jones; her mother Julia K. Wells; her 100-year-old grandmother Lula Mae Thompson; and her siblings Guy V. Wells of Dallas TX, Brandon G Wells of Houston TX, Damon R. Wells of Naples, FL, Brenton L. Wells of Oklahoma City, OK, Rashaan M. Wells of Houston TX, Erica L. Wells of Dallas TX, Derrick B. Wells of New Orleans, LA, "Christian" Levy Wells of New Orleans LA, Sandra Thompson of Coy AL; Lizzie Thompson of Coy, AL and Henry "Kesha" Thompson of Selma, AL.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother's Minne Crosby and Dottie Wells, her father Edward Wells, her Mother-in-law Joan Jones, and her brothers Darren Wells and David Thompson.
A visitation will occur Friday, January 27, 2023 from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., Victory City Church, 19201 Wilke Lane, Pflugerville, Texas 78660. A funeral service will be held Friday, January 27, 2023, 8:00 a.m., at Victory City Church, 19201 Wilke Lane, Pflugerville, Texas 78660. A committal service will occur Friday, January 27, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., at Central Texas State Veteran's Cemetery, 11463 State Highway 195, Killeen, Texas 76542.

I was heart broken to hear of Angie's passing. I've known her for over 40 years because her mom, Julia, is a coworker and a friend. Angie was a sweet and beautiful woman, she has gone home to God and Jesus. Condolences to Julia, Gee and sons Jonathan and Isaiah. She will be missed.

I only met Angelli on a few occasions and found her to be beautiful inside and out. A strong woman of God. She showed that in her love of taking care of children at church and in her profession as a nurse caring for others.
My experience has been with her sons whom I find to be wonderful young men of God as well. Gee and Angelli raised them well ! I´m sure they will keep her memory alive when they begin their own family´s someday.
Now she can rest in the arms of Jesus. Her job here is done...till we meet again.

There are so many sweet memories of Angelli, she was a beautiful soul that loved God, her family and Victory City Church. God plucked an Angel from Earth, now she´s resting in Heaven greeting at the pearly gates. Condolences and prayers of comfort to you Mr. Gee and your boys.

I served in children´s ministry w/ Ms. Angelli and she was always so humble, smiling, calm and resourceful.
