Angelo J. Aurelio

Angelo "Joe"J. Aurelio, of Mantua, NJ, formerly of Deptford, NJ, passed away peacefully on April 29, 2025, at the age of 88.
Angelo's journey began as a loving husband to his late wife, Violet Aurelio, who predeceased him in 2009. He was a devoted father to Michael Aurelio (Maribel Rivera-Lopez) and the late Violet E. Aurelio.
Professionally, Angelo worked for many years in lighting and fixture sales at Remington Lamp and Fixture in Philadelphia, PA. His natural charisma and expertise made him a favorite among clients and colleagues alike.
Away from work, Angelo found joy and vitality in spending time at L.A. Fitness (now Planet Fitness) in Woodbury Heights. His commitment to fitness was not just about staying healthy; it was about the community he found there. Angelo's workouts were as much social events as they were physical, with his easy laugh and encouraging words becoming a staple of the gym culture.
Angelo's interests were not limited to the gym floor. He was an avid watcher of Youtube TV, keeping up with current events, and diving into his favorite shows with the same enthusiasm he brought to every aspect of his life. Music was another source of pleasure and reflection for Angelo.
Urn visitation will be Wednesday, May 7, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Earle Funeral Home, 122 W. Church Street, Blackwood, NJ 08012, where his funeral service will begin at 11:00 AM. Urn burial will immediately follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Chews Landing, NJ.
