Angelo Kouzelos Obituary
Announcement: Angelo James Kouzelos, 63, of Uniontown, Ohio, passed away on 12/16/25. He was born on July 20, 1962, in Barberton, Ohio to James and Kathy Kouzelos.
Life & Career: Angelo graduated from Coventry High School in 1980 and worked in the restaurant business his entire life, starting at our family restaurant the Flaming Gyros, then Taco Bell and most recently at Gianni's Italina Oven (Gio's).
Family: Angelo was a loving husband to Cyndie and a beloved son, brother, uncle, great uncle, cousin, stepfather and friend to many. In addition to his grandparents, he was preceded in death by his mother Kathy and his uncle Theo.
Interests/Personality: Angelo was an avid bowler, golfer and enjoyed his animals and being outdoors.
Services: The family will receive friends Friday, December 19, 2025, from 10:30 to 11 AM at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 129 S. Union St., Akron OH 44304. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 AM with Rev. Fr. Dean Kokanos officiating and interment will follow at Wood Cemetery in Lake Township.
