Anibal Antonio Perez-Garcia, age 95, of Bridgeport, Connecticut, passed away peacefully on September 13, 2025, in the comfort of his home surrounded by love.

Born on August 20, 1930, in San Sebastián, Puerto Rico, Anibal was the son of the late Aurora Garcia and Prudencio Perez. He was raised in Puerto Rico until the age of 20 before relocating to New Jersey, where he resided for more than 50 years, and later settled in Connecticut to be closer to family.

Anibal will be remembered as a joyful and kindhearted man who always carried a smile. He loved sharing jokes, telling stories, listening to music, and spending time with his family. Known for his calm spirit, sharp style, and love for keeping his hair perfectly groomed, he found joy in simple pleasures. He also had a passion for working on cars. For nearly 35 years, Anibal worked as a dedicated taxi driver in New Jersey, where he touched the lives of countless people.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Milagros Rosado; his son, Anibal Perez; his stepson, Miguel Blanco; his stepdaughter, Iveliz Blanco; his granddaughter, Zoraida Ramirez; and over fifteen cherished grandchildren. He also leaves behind extended family members and a host of friends who prayed for and visited him in his final days.
