Anita Fertal Obituary
Anita Joy Fertal, 85, of Friendship Village, Upper St. Clair, passed away, peacefully, Thursday, September 22, 2022, surrounded by love.
Born October 16, 1936, she was a daughter of the late Lema and William Largen.
She was the beloved wife of the late Martin J. Fertal; loving mother of Martin (Linda) Fertal Jr., Karen Payne, and Robert (Anastasia) Fertal; cherished grandmother of Christopher, Mark, Leah, Maggie, Joseph and Owen Fertal, and James and Emily Payne.
Joy will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, September 30, in Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317, (724) 260-5546.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 1, in Friendship Village, St. Clair Room, 1290 Boyce Road, Upper St Clair, PA 15241.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made, in Joy's name, to the Friendship Village Team Member Appreciation Fund (checks only please), 1290 Boyce Road, Upper St. Clair, PA 15241.
