Anita Ann Rowe

January 25, 1956 – November 23, 2025

Anita Ann Rowe, 69, of LaFayette, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, November 23, 2025. She was born in LaFayette, Georgia, to the late Walter and Willie Bellau Chambers. She was a lifelong resident of the LaFayette area and was a homemaker. Anita was dearly loved by her family and friends, and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Anita is preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Willie Bellau Chambers; her sisters, Willie Stafford and Kathy Patterson; and her brother, Walter Chambers.

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband, James Rowe of Lafayette, GA; their children, Greg (Denise) Rowe of Cohutta, Georgia, Shavone Rowe of Resaca, Georgia, Ronald Rowe of LaFayette, Georgia, and Autumn Rowe of LaFayette, Georgia; brothers: Charles (Teresa) Chambers of Ringgold, Georgia, Jimmy (Pam) Chambers of Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia, Claude (Fawn) Chambers of LaFayette, Georgia, and Kevin (Jennifer) Chambers of Dalton, Georgia; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

The family invites friends and loved ones to join us in remembering and honoring Anita on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., and on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, from 9 a.m. to the time of the service. The funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Benny Chambers officiating. The entombment will be after the service at Calvary Gardens Cemetery and Mausoleum in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia.

In place of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to a local animal shelter. Your prayers and support mean a lot to us during this challenging time, and we genuinely appreciate them.
