Ann Roe Brewer
April 14, 1931 – October 14, 2025
Ann Roe Brewer, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, peacefully left this life at the age of 94 on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, in Rossville, Georgia. Born in Alabama to the late William Sanford and Gladys Caldwell, Ann dedicated her life to serving others and making a difference in her community.
A lifelong resident of the area, Ann's faith was a guiding light; she attended New Liberty Baptist Church in Graysville, Georgia, where she found fellowship and strength. She was also a proud member of the Red Hat Society, embracing friendship and joy.
Ann's greatest joy was her family. She devoted thirty-two years to caring for others, always with kindness, compassion, and a generous heart-never wanting anyone to leave her presence empty-handed. Her warmth, love, and gentle spirit touched everyone she met.
She leaves behind a loving family and many friends who cherish her memory. Ann's legacy of kindness and love will forever be an inspiration. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered.
Ann is preceded in death by her parents, William Sanford and Gladys Caldwell; brothers, Britton Caldwell, Whitton Caldwell, and Kermit Caldwell; and sisters, Roma Troxtel, Jean Blair, and Lucille Land.
Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Lynda Wilson of Rossville, Georgia, David (Sharon) Roe of Dallas, Georgia, Randy (Noveita) Roe of Columbia, South Carolina; sister, Delwyn (Bo) McCormick of Cragford, Alabama; grandchildren, Charles (Tara) Kinsey, Shannon (Reagon) Huggins, Penney (Steven) Studdard, Chris (Brooke) Roe, Brandi Roe, Lindsey (Harvey) Watson; thirteen great-grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
The family has arranged for a time to remember and honor Ann. Friends and family are invited to join us on Friday, October 17, 2025, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., and on Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 9 a.m. to the time of the service. The funeral service, a time to celebrate Ann's life, will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Following the service, we will proceed to Lakewood Memorial Gardens – South, 325 Greens Lake Road, Rossville, Georgia, for the burial. The family appreciates your prayers and support during this difficult time.
