She is survived by her husband of nearly 40 years, Thomas R. Zimmerman; son Justin (Valerie Doubleday) Longley; stepchildren Lisa (Mark) Fleckenstein and Thomas W. Zimmerman; grandchildren Mara (Wesley) Stasik and Hannah (Evan) Flegel; her beloved great-grandchildren, Violet, Nolan, and Aiden Stasik; and brother David (Candy) Cather. She is further survived by other relatives and loved ones and was a friend of Bill W. for over 20 years. She is preceded in death by her step-daughter-in-law, Lisa M. Zimmerman; brother, Michael Cather; and her parents.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13, 2025, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 818 N. East Avenue, Waukesha, WI 53186, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow. The family wishes to express their gratitude to Ann’s care team with ProHealth, especially hospice nurse, Dennis, and nurse navigator, Gretchen, for their care and support.
