A native of Screven County, Ann was the daughter of the late Oren C. Rusk, Sr. and Dorothy Walker Rusk. She graduated from Commercial High School, where she was crowned Miss Commercial High School in 1956.

A devout Catholic, Ann was well-loved and loved deeply in return. Her family was her passion; she was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. In addition to her parents, Ann is predeceased by her loving husband of 61years, Lawrence S. Conneff; and a daughter, Ann Marie Prescott.

She is survived by her four sons, Lawrence Jr. (Vickie), Matthew (DeDee), Tom (Jennifer), and Stephen; a daughter, Patricia Picciarelli (Mark); a brother, Oren C. Rush, Jr.. Ann was also cherished by her grandchildren, Lawrence, Andrew, and Margaret Conneff; Brandy Snell, Elizabeth Fairbanks, and Caitlin Conneff; Patrick Starling, Katie Fuller, Connor Starling, Amanda Picciarelli, Jessica Hood, and Laura Holman; Lily Kate and Luke Conneff; Sarah and Ryan Conneff; Trey and Allyson Prescott; and Elizabeth Parrish. She also leaves behind 14 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
