Graduated from St. Edward School and after getting her bachelor's and master's degrees she taught for almost 30 years as a third grade teacher at Grove School in Morton Grove District 70. After retiring she came back to St. Edwards School to teach art class for many years.
Visitation Thursday June 12th,4:00 PM – 8:00 PM and funeral services Friday June 13th 10:00 AM from TOHLE FUNERAL HOME 4325 W. Lawrence Ave. to St. Edward Church, Mass 10:30 AM. Interment Maryhill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to St. Jude’s or St. Edward School appreciated. Information available at 773-685-4400 or tohlefuneralhome.com

Ann Louise Corty age 89. Beloved daughter of the late Rose (nee Scowins) and Joseph A. Corty. Loving sister of the late Richard (late Delores), Robert (late Lee) and James (late Marge) Corty. Dearest aunt, great and great-great aunt of many nieces and nephews.Survived by many cousins and loving friends.
