Ann L. Ebersole, known to those closest to her as Annie, of Clarks Summit, died at home on Thursday.
Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late John and Delores Gdoven Dietz. She was a graduate of Dunmore High School and attended Empire Beauty School.
Annie was a loving wife, grandmother, mother, and sister who will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She will always be remembered by her great love of her Lord and Savior. She was an active member of Grace Bible Church, Dunmore, and found comfort within her faith and church community.
Surviving are husband, Merle E. Ebersole, Clarks Summit; two sons, Christopher M. Wasnetsky, Scranton, and Nicholas J. Wasnetsky, Swoyersville; daughter, Leah A. Wasnetsky, Dunmore; two stepsons, Tim E. Ebersole, Doylestown, and Ryan M. Ebersole, Warminster; brother, J. Patrick Dietz, Clarks Summit; 2 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas J. Dietz.
The funeral will be held Tuesday at 10am in Grace Bible Church, 130 University Drive, Dunmore. Friends may call at 9am.
