Ann Marie Jupiter, affectionately known to her family and friends as Marie, a resident of Norco, LA, and a cherished native of Killona, LA, who peacefully departed this life on March 9, 2025. Her deep foundation in Christ and her immense love for her family touched the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
Marie was the cherished daughter of the late Priscilla Traveler and Abraham Jackson, and the beloved wife of the late Eugene Jupiter. Her spirit lives on through her children: Michael, Diana, Mary Ann, Steven, Nicole, and Mark Jackson Sr., who hold her memory close. Additionally, her legacy continues with her 17 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren, all of whom will forever treasure the love she gave to them.
Marie will be deeply missed by her siblings, Deanna Williams and Joann White, as well as her sister-in-law, Ernestine Showers. Marie also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, all of whom were enriched by her kindness and grace.
Marie was preceded in death by her four daughters: Patsy Alexander, Angela, Evelyn, and Sedonia Jackson, along with four beloved grandchildren: Jackie Ray Byrd, Sierra Alexander, LaShana and Rayione Jackson. Also, her siblings Dorothy Washington, Pearl Raymond, Mary Ann Cummings, Georgiana Stipe, Effie Baloney, Bertha, Linda, Olivia, Peter, Bertrand, and Roosevelt Jackson.
Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of Canaan Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral service at Canaan Baptist Church, 319 Killona Drive, Killona, LA on Saturday, March 22,2025 at 11:00 AM. Rev Henry Wolfe, Pastor
