 Charlotte Ann Mullins of Mountain City, TN, passed away peacefully at her home on February 18, 2025 and was reunited with many loved ones in Heaven. Ann was born on March 10, 1954 in Elizabethton, TN to the late Carroll Houston Nave and the late Iva Lee Mildred Nave. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Michael Nave and Wayne Nave.

 

Ann was a compassionate social worker for 28 years and loved helping people in need. Her proudest achievement in life was being a Mother and Grandmother. She often said the best years of her life were raising her kids. She also loved her grandchildren with all her heart. She enjoyed travelling with her husband along with her children and grandchildren to many different places. 

 

Ann was a former member of Siam Baptist Church, Elizabethton, TN where she enjoyed learning and attending as a child and was a member at Roan Creek Baptist Church.

 

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 48 years, Larry P. Mullins; daughter, Carol Ann Williams; son, Chris Mullins and wife Amanda; grandson, Alexander Yates; granddaughters, Lexi Mullins and Allie Mullins; special niece, Crystal Schmidt and special cousin, Jimmy Whitman; sisters-in-law, Jewel Mink, Janice Harper, Linda Arnold, Joyce Cannon, and Debbie Cook and brother-in-law, Darrell Mullins

 

The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. on Friday, February 21, 2025 at Mountain City Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 12 p.m. with Pastor David Hankal officiating. Entombment will follow at Happy Valley Memorial Park Mausoleum. Pallbearers are Brian Schmidt, Logan Roberts, Alexander Yates, Ken Tolliver, Leon Henley, and Tom Snyder. Honorary pallbearers are John West Shoun, Jimmy Whitman, George Wright, Joey Norris, David Arnold, and Tom Coffey. 

 

The family of Charlotte Ann Mullins has entrusted her services to Mountain City Funeral Home, 224 S. Church Street, Mountain City, Tennessee 37683.
