Ann Sutton Obituary
Ann Lee Sutton, 86, passed away peacefully on March 20, 2023, at her home in Mabank, Texas, surrounded by her family. She was born on January 8, 1937, in Athens, Texas, to parents Roy and Levata (Brewer) Bracey.
Ann was a graduate of Mabank High School, where she met Ray Sutton. They were married on November 6, 1954, in Mabank, TX. Ann was a secretary for the City of Desoto, a position she held for 16 years.
One of Ann's favorite hobbies was gambling, she absolutely loved going to the casinos. Ann liked being outside and enjoyed working in her yard. She was a simple woman who loved her kids and grandkids dearly, she will be missed by all those who knew and loved her.
Ann is preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Levata Bracey and her husband, Ray Sutton.
Ann is survived by her sons, Jim and wife Patti Sutton of Mabank, TX and Gary and wife Vickie Sutton of California; brother, John Sutton of Arlington, TX; grandchildren, David Sutton, Scott Sutton, Krystal Templin, Kris Templin, Jazmin Sutton, Jamie, Jeffrey, and Teresa; 14 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
