Ann T. Zmyslo, 95, passed away on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at Story Point Assisted Living.

Ann was born on October 27, 1929 in South Bend, to the late Frank and Harriet (Maj) Zmyslo. Ann is also preceded in death by her siblings, Steve Zmyslo, Matt Zmyszlo, Harry Zmyslo, Edwin Zmyslo, Stella LaCava, Jean Kalmar, Mary Rogiers, Eleanor Zielinski, and Billy Zmyslo. She is survived by several extended family members.

Ann started her working career at Studebaker before becoming a Business Coordinator for the City of South Bend. She then worked her way up to becoming the Secretary to the City Mayor before retiring. Ann loved to be in the community and give back. She was a member of Rosary Society at St. Adalbert, Daughters of Isabella, and Golden Cluster and most recently volunteered at the Red Cross after her retirement. She also loved going to card parties with her sisters, going out to eat, and spending time in her garden tending to her flowers.

Visitation for Ann will be 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Monday, September 29, 2025 in St. Joseph Funeral Home, 824 S. Mayflower Rd., South Bend with a Rosary to be prayer at 6:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am St. Anthony de Padua, 2320 E. Jefferson Blvd., South Bend. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
