Anna Belia Black, a loving soul known for her warmth and vibrant spirit, passed away on February 6, 2026, in her hometown of Lubbock, Texas. Born on October 14, 1960, Anna brought joy and laughter to the lives of those around her. She was a cherished wife, devoted mother, and a beloved friend.
Anna dedicated her career to the beauty of jewelry, working tirelessly as a saleswoman and eventually owning her own successful business. Her passion for her craft shone brightly through her work, reflecting her kind and welcoming personality. Those who interacted with her could not help but feel at ease, as she had an extraordinary gift for making others feel valued. Her great sense of humor brought light into any room, creating lasting memories with friends and family alike.
Family was of utmost importance to Anna. She always treasured the time spent during the holidays, surrounded by her loved ones, sharing stories and laughter. Her legacy lives on through her husband, Willie Black, and their daughter, Cristy Garcia. She was also a proud grandmother to two grandchildren, whose lives she enriched with her love and guidance.
Anna is survived by her siblings: Bobby Mark Flores, Abel Flores (Kathy), George Flores (Trish), and Diana Torres. She shared many laughs and special moments with each of them, creating bonds that will endure in their hearts. Additionally, Anna’s dear friend and neighbor, Dorene Flores, held a prominent place in her life, embodying the friendship and companionship that Anna cherished deeply.
Although Anna's grandparents and parents, Roberto and Lucy Flores, have passed on, their love and teachings remain woven into the fabric of her family’s lives. Anna’s memory will surely be celebrated during the visitation and celebration of life held on February 19, 2026, at Venue on Broadway in Lubbock, Texas.
As we gather to remember Anna Belia Black, we honor her beautiful spirit and the many ways she touched our lives. Her kindness, humor, and love will forever remain in our hearts, reminding us of the joy she brought to the world.
