Anna Convertino Obituary
Born in Alberobello, Italy, Anna came to the US with her family in 1953. She had resided in Pennsylvania and Paterson before moving to Hawthorne in 1969. A parishioner of St. Anthony's R.C. Church in Hawthorne, Anna had a 27-year career as the secretary for the school superintendent in Hawthorne. Anna was also active in coaching in the Hawthorne Soccer League.
Anna Convertino was the beloved wife of the late Giuseppe Convertino (2012). Loving mother of Steven Convertino and his fiancé Jennifer Branda of Waldwick, Lea Convertino and her partner Danny DelValle of Hawthorne, and John Convertino and his wife Latesha of Hawthorne. Dear grandmother of Giuseppe, Juliana, Sophia, Gianna, and John Convertino, Jr., and Gabriella and Damian DelValle. Dear sister of Marty Greco of Lakewood, and Lisa Pauly of Hawthorne.
Cremation will be private. A memorial mass will be held a 9:30am on Saturday, January 13, 2024 meeting at St. Anthony's R.C. Church, 276 Diamond Bridge Avenue, Hawthorne.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.

My condolences to Steve, Lea and John. Many fond childhood memories of your mother being one of my first soccer coaches. She was a great lady and never shy. She always had a smile. May she rest in peace with your father
