Anna Gilbert Obituary
SHE GREW UP IN CHICAGO WITH AUNTS, UNCLES, AND COUSINS JUST BLOCKS AWAY. SHE AND HER FAMILY ENJOYED EVERY HOLIDAY FOR DAYS ON END, WITH TABLES FILLED WITH DELICIOUS ITALIAN FOOD. A PERFECT EXAMPLE – CHRISTMAS WOULD LAST FROM CHRISTMAS EVE UNTIL NEW YEAR'S DAY. SHE WAS AN AVID YOGA DEVOTEE.
SHE LEAVES BEHIND NEPHEWS, HER MANY LOVING COUSINS, HER SISTER-IN-LAW VIKKI GILBERT, HER STEPSON GREG GILBERT AND HIS FAMILY, HER GODDAUGHTER MARGAUX WEBER, AND HER BROTHER-IN-LAW DAVID ARTHUR. HER MANY, MANY FRIENDS WILL MISS HER AS WELL. LULU, HER PRECIOUS LITTLE DOG, HAS BEEN HER CONSTANT COMPANION.
ANNA MARIE WAS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HER BELOVED HUSBAND, SHERWIN GILBERT, AS WELL AS HER MOTHER AND FATHER LOUISE AND AUGUST GATTO.
A CELEBRATION OF LIFE WILL FOLLOW IN THE NEXT FEW MONTHS.
