Anna Grace Hammond

Anna Grace Hammond, 86, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at her home; into the presence of her Savior, Jesus Christ.
Born Saturday, June 24, 1939, in Kidder, KY, she was the daughter of the late Taylor Hardwick and the late Eula Thompson.
She was a member of the Wayside Baptist Church since 1968 and she was a faithful nursery volunteer, Sunday School teacher, and deacon's wife.
She is survived by her daughter, Sharon A. (Riccardo) Ferrante, daughter, Sandy L. Snyder, daughter, Sabrina J. (Steve) Hluchy, grandchildren, Beth, Belinda, Keith, Sarah, Brian and Steven, and great grandchildren, Laci, Alicia, Carson, Evelyn and Irene.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 67 years, SGM Paul Russell Hammond and two grandchildren, Christopher and Phillip.
Funeral services will be held Monday, November 3, 2025, at 1:00 pm, at the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home, 1331 Eastern Blvd., Hagerstown, MD, 21742, with the Jeremy Kitchen officiating.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home, Sunday, November 2, 2025, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
Interment will be at the Rest Haven Cemetery, Hagerstown, MD.
