My condolences to the children of Anna Kresh. My husband and I both worked for your parents; we were the landscapers they called in to beautify their beautiful home. Both of your parents were lovely, hard working people. I lost my husband 2 years ago and we both would say they will be greatly missed. Georgia Vogel

Such a sad occasion this is and I am almost at a loss for words. She was always such a nice person, a wonderful renaissance lady, a lady for all seasons. She and her husband Rudy were people I genuinely looked up to for a multitude of reasons. She always supported good causes including her Rudy's activities in the Knights of Columbus. Rudy was always an avid supporter of the Knights in their Bishop's Project to help raise money to assist the mentally and physically challenged kids and adults, especially at the Saint Anthony's School programs and for the McGuire Memorial Home. On several occasions during the hot summer months, the Knights, including Rudy while deep into his 80's, would station ourselves at the Butler Walmart doors taking donations and passing Tootsie Rolls to kids, with their parents permission of course. At the end of the days activity, the Kresh's always invited the money counters (me and my posse) to their home to do the counting (what else). With that task out of the way, Anna always fed her posse (us), and not just snacks and finger food either. In short, Anna treated us (and everybody) like family. And on top of all that, she was a computer whiz!
The world is a better place for her having lived in it. In the years since Rudy died, I passed up opportunities to visit with Anna always figuring this time or that wasn't the right time and there would always be plenty of time. Please kick me if you see me.
