Anna Lafferty Obituary
She was born on May 12, 1945, in Milton, PA, to Charles & Mildred Brouse.
Anna proudly served her country for 4 years in the U.S. Air Force. She was stationed in Biloxi, MS.
She married Roque Lafferty July 7, 1973 in Santa Ana, CA. They were married for two happy years until his death in 1975.
She and son Aaron moved to Eugene, OR in 1980, where she lived until 2021 and moved to Michigan.
Anna was a stay at home Mom and later an after school day care Supervisor for Eugene Creative Care for more than a decade, before retirement.
She enjoyed time with Aaron, get togethers with family, holidays, going to Church, gardening, watching Sports (Oregon Ducks, Portland Trailblazers, Seattle Seahawks, and Seattle Mariners), finding deals while shopping, chocolate, and watching Game Show Network.
Survivors include her son, Aaron Lafferty and daughter-in-law Teresa; grandchildren, Aaron Jr. and Lacey; Brother, David Brouse (Cathy and children Cori and Amber); Brother-in-law Rod Lafferty (Belinda); Sister-in-law Liz Lafferty; Niece, Shekinah Berger (Henry and children Gavin, Gabriel, Noa); Nephew, Tekoah Buchanan (and daughter Phoenix); Niece Angela Box (Brandon and children Blake, Madison, Chloe, Christian); Nephew Jason Lafferty (Laura and daughter Gemma); Nephew Ryan Lafferty (Lacey and children Logan, Parker, Juliet); Niece Michelle Kreiss (and daughter Lauren); Nephew Brian Norvick (Lindsay and children Emma and Owen).
Along with her husband, she is preceded in death by father Charles Brouse; mother Mildred Brouse; sister Carol Treibley; and sister Barbara Buchanan.
Interment will take place at Ridgeview Memorial Gardens, Grandville, MI with a virtual celebration of life to follow at a later date.
