Anna Luebke

Anna Luebke, 77 of Lake Zurich, passed away peacefully on August 29, 2025. She was born on June 13, 1948 in Poland to Sylvester and Stephanie (nee Wozniczka) Rosa.

Anna married her first husband, Jerry, and together, they had their son, Robert. After their separation, she proudly raised Robert as a single mother. Years later, she met the love of her life, Steven, and they married in 1983.

She was a generous soul, constantly giving to charities and looking out for others. Anna was also the main caretaker for her parents as they got older and would drive to Chicago every day to make sure they were eating, happy, and well cared for.

For over 20 years, Anna worked as a talented hair stylist and proud salon owner. Anna had a deep love for the simple joys in life. She loved watching Judge Judy, could always spot a good deal on QVC, and had a soft spot for her three favorite cats, Scooter, Mischek, and Katie.

Anna had a gift for making friends wherever she went. Her warmth, kindness, and quick wit drew people in, and her home was always open — a welcoming place filled with good conversation, even better snacks, and advice you didn’t know you needed. She was the go-to for just about everything and was always happy to help however she could.

She was immensely proud of her grandchildren and never missed a chance to brag about them whether it was a small accomplishment or a major milestone.

Anna is survived by her son, Robert (Justyna) Jasinski; granddaughters, Emi and Melanie Jasinski; brother, Stan (Christine)Rosa; and niece and nephews, Bill, Violet and Monica Rosa.

She was preceded in death by her parents; loving husband of 40 years, Steven Luebke; and her first husband Jerry Jasinski.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 8, 2025 from 9am until 10am at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 941 S. Old Rand Rd., Lake Zurich, IL 60047. Funeral Mass will begin at 10:30am at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 33 S. Buesching Rd., Lake Zurich, IL 60047. Interment will be private.
