Anna Watson Mitchell-Jackson, who was born on October 22, 1942, in Sanford, North Carolina, to the late Mollie and Prentis Watson. She was the third of seven children, all of whom have preceded her in death. Anna moved to New York at an early age, where she went on to graduate from Taft High School. She later furthered her education at the College of New Rochelle, where she proudly earned her degree. She began a successful career at Citi Bank, where through hard work and dedication she rose to the position of AVP. With her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for empowering others, Anna later pursued a career with Mary Kay Cosmetics. In a remarkably short time, she achieved great success, becoming a Pink Cadillac, Half-Million Dollar Director. She remained a devoted Mary Kay Director until 2019, mentoring and inspiring countless women along the way. Above all, Anna was devoted to her family. She was blessed with three children-Cerella, Michael, and Michele-whom she lovingly dedicated her life to raising. She found great joy in her grandchildren, Ashley, Jonathan, Alexis, Alexia, Melody, Zeus, Noah and Jackson; as well as her great-grandchildren, Jayden, Paulie and Jasiyah. Her family was her greatest blessing, and she embraced each moment with them. Anna faced many health challenges throughout her life, but she always met them head on. She fought with determination and courage, often declaring, "I will leave here kicking and fighting." That fighting spirit carried her through and inspired everyone who knew her. Anna will be remembered for her strength and unwavering love. Her legacy of faith, perseverance, and inspiration will live on in the hearts of her family and all who were blessed to know her.
