Anna Marie Raymond, 95, went to be with the Lord on January 24, 2026 in UPMC Mercy Hospital. Born June 26, 1930 in Charleroi, she was the daughter of Steve and Sophie Raymond.

Annie was a soft, gentle caring soul who was happiest when spending time with family. She was an avid reader, enjoyed doing word puzzles, and loved dining out.

She was employed by the G. C. Murphy Co in Charleroi for over 35 years, starting on the candy counter in the late 1940's working her way up to payroll clerk/bookkeeper until they closed their doors in the mid 1980's.

Anna Marie had fond memories of growing up in (Naomi) Fayette City. She also lived in North Belle Vernon before returning to Charleroi. She was a resident of the Char House Highrise for more than 29 years for which she was proud to accept a Certificate of Recognition and was appreciative for the kindness of the staff & friendships made throughout the years.

She will truly be missed by her brother Steve (Rosalie) Raymond, Sister Patti (Jack) Halinka; great nephews, Matthew and Shane Wheatley who she shared a special bond with as she babysat them and cherished those times together; Nieces, Lori (Shawn) Wheatley, Michelle Raymond and Cheryl Susan; Nephews, Craig (Cindy) Raymond, Kenneth (Jody) Raymond, Frank Belczyk, Ray (Linda) Belczyk, Larry (Jackie) Belczyk, as well as many other great and great, great nieces and nephews that she cared about deeply.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Sophie Belczyk, brothers in-law Lloyd Halinka and Frank Belczyk.

She was a member of Saint Andrew the Apostle Parish in Charleroi.

Private services were held and interment took place in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Ferguson Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 700 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon. 724-929-5300. www.FergusonFuneralHomeandCrematory.com.
