ANNA MAE SAPP
Anna Mae Sapp, 72, Sturgeon, MO passed away Saturday, April 12, 2025, surrounded by her family. She was born November 14, 1952, the daughter of the late Charles and Dovie (Creason) Campbell.
She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by two sons Stephen Jenkins and his wife Tara of Millerton, OK and Chester Jenkins of Columbia, MO; one daughter Kathy Comer and her husband Joshua of Sturgeon, MO; two sisters Mary McClarrinon of Armstrong MO and Mildred Ross and her husband Paul of Glasgow, MO; fifteen grandchildren; sixty-two great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; her significant other David Lindsay of Armstrong, MO; other relatives and many dear friends. In addition to her parents, one daughter Mary Ann Jenkins, eight sisters and four brothers preceded her in death.
Anna first worked as a janitor for Columbia School District, then for the University of Missouri Hospital & Clinics and finally for several area motels. She enjoyed watching tv especially Gunsmoke and Walker Texas Ranger. She was a very giving person and would help anyone in need. She loved spending time with her friends and family, especially all of her grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Monday, April 21, 2025, at the Oliver Funeral Home in Centralia, MO. Interment will be in the Mt. Salem Cemetery near Excello, MO. Visitation will be from 12:00 pm till service time on Monday, April 21, 2025, at the Oliver Funeral Home in Centralia, MO. Memorial contributions may be made to the family, payable to Oliver Funeral Home, P.O. Box 125, Centralia, MO 65240. Condolences may also be made to the family at www.oliverfuneralhome.net
