KEITH ALAN SHAW
Keith Alan Shaw, 66, Thompson, MO passed away Thursday, January 15, 2026, at the Mexico Urgent Care in Mexico, MO. He was born June 6, 1959, the son of the late Dwain and Vivian (Fuqua) Shaw. On June 2, 1988, he was united in marriage to Cheryl (Lynn) Shaw.
In addition to his wife Cheryl of 37 years, he will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by one daughter Alisha Pennartz and Melvin Gingerich of Thompson, MO; one step daughter Laneane Bowman of the State of South Carolina; three step sons Michael Lynn and his wife Lisa of Magnolia, AR, Ronnie Arbuckle and his wife Karen of Magnolia, AR and Chane Nutt of Jefferson City, MO; four brothers Kevin Shaw and his wife Mary of Mexico, MO, Kenny Shaw and his wife Becky of Mexico, MO, Kris Shaw and his wife Tammy of Clark, MO and Karl Shaw and his wife Tersea of Mexico, MO; one sister Kathy Sims and her husband Mike of Mexico, MO; two grandchildren Alise Williams and Devon Pennartz; nine step grandchildren; four step great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; other relatives and many dear friends. In addition to his parents, one sister Kimberly Graves preceded him in death.
Keith first worked as a brick plant operator, later as a mechanic for Pearl Motor Company and finally as a water plant operator for the City of Centralia. He was a member of the Eagle Scouts and was a 50-year member of NHRA. He loved hot rods, stereos and working on all types of mechanical things. Growing up his nickname was Stereo but later people referred to him as Bam Bam.
