Anna L. Thompson, 57, of Austintown, passed away on Tuesday, January 6th, 2026, at UPMC Shadyside Hospital, with her family by her side.
Anna was born on June 7, 1968, a daughter of John and Julia (Seeds) Kosko.
She was a 1986 graduate of McDonald high School.
Anna enjoyed singing and dancing, and could be found flipping the pages of a novel on any given day. She was also a dog lover, leaving her own fur baby, Gracie, behind.
Those who knew Anna remember her for her welcoming nature and how she seemed to be a friend to all - someone who truly made others feel valued.
Anna leaves to cherish her memory her sisters, Judy (David) Ragazzine, Joane (Michael) Westfall and Chrissy (Brett) Shawver; and many nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Theresa Allison.
The family will be hosting a celebration of life for Anna at a later date.
