Anna Grace Wright

Anna Grace Wright, 22, of Anderson, passed away peacefully at home Saturday, October 28, 2023.
Born May 2, 2001, in Greenville, to Bernard and Judy Wright. She was the oldest of triplet girls and 3 years later was joined by a younger brother. Anna was a faithful member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church. Her Grow Group and church brought her tremendous joy. She took great pride in helping run her group's social media page and keeping track of prayer requests. Anna had a special place in her heart for kids. She was so happy holding babies and playing with them. Perhaps more than anything else, she loved her dog, King. Together, they were the best of friends. Anna loved being around family and friends. She always made time to talk to her lifelong friend, Emily Wood Hawley. Another one of her favorite things was to swim and be out on the lake. She was a fantastic swimmer and spent almost every day of her childhood playing in the pool with her siblings. Anna was a graduate of Wren High School. She was an active member of her high school's service organization, the Wren Serteen Club. She took much joy in serving others. She participated in Wren track and loved racing.
Surviving are her parents, Bernard and Judy; sisters: Chloe Bobeng (Todd), Olivia Wright; brother: William Wright; grandmother, Betty S. Wright; grandfather, Berry H. Creamer; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Anna was blessed to come from a large and loving family.
A celebration of Anna's life will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, November 1, at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church with Rev. Chad Campbell officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at New Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Randy Creamer and Rev. Michael Allen officiating.
