Annajane Denney Musgrove Twiss passed away peacefully at the age of 85 with family, husband, Dennis, and their dog, Tucker, by her side. Born to Everett and Mary Ruth Denney, Jane lived a full and adventurous life, filled with love and family. She was the beloved sister to four brothers and grew to be sharp-witted and tenacious because of their bond. Thanks to her brothers, she also gained her fishing skills and could out-crappie them on any given day, lake,
or farm pond.

Jane graduated from Kearney High School in 1958 and married Billie Bruce Musgrove on September 7, 1958. Together they had three children, Brett, Brad, and Kerrie, and raised their family on their Brown Swiss dairy farm just outside town. Jane worked a variety of jobs as a working mom but ultimately graduated with her nursing diploma from Penn Valley Community College in the early 70's and began her lifelong career as a Labor and Delivery RN at Saint Luke's Health System in 1973.

Bruce and Jane shared almost 30 years married together before he preceded her in death in 1988. Together they enjoyed traveling and camping with the kids, square dancing, and welcoming grandkids together. Jane loved music and lucky were the ones who were there to hear her sing or humming along to a tune. She was also an avid quilter and from her hands, many quilts were gifted as wedding presents, graduations, and arrivals of grandkids.

On December 17, 1989, Dennis and Jane Twiss were united in marriage and shared a lifetime of love and laughter together. With this marriage she was welcomed by Dennis's kids, Todd and Kelley and their family grew together. Jane continued working as a L&D nurse and chances were if you were born at Spelman Memorial Hospital or Saint Luke's on Barry Road, she had a hand in your delivery, including a few of her own grandbabies, and whether the doctor was present or not. Jane loved her career as a nurse, was proud of her work and all those she helped along the way, as well as influencing the next generation of nurses in her family.

Dennis and Jane enjoyed Ozark Lake time hosting family at their cabins, cheering on grandkids at every sporting or extracurricular activity throughout the years, and snowbirding to south Texas in the winter time. They cherished their friendships made at Llano Grande Resort in Mercedes, TX and most of the family knew those friends to be family as well. The past few years were spent in Kearney on the corner of Prospect in rocking chairs, visiting with family and
neighbors, and taking in a few (Rex Hudler) 'Hud-isms' during the Royals games.

Jane leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and wisdom that her family will cherish for their lifetime.

Jane is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Billie Bruce; brothers and sisters-in-law, John and Pam, Bill and Mertie, and Phil; and nephew, Billy.

She leaves behind husband, Dennis of the home; brother, Mark; children, Brett (Stacy), Brad (Lisa), Kerrie (Rob), Todd (Sofia), and Kelley (Casey); many beloved nieces and nephews; grandkids, Sarah (John), Kacie (Austin), Seth (Jordann), Dylan (Kiersten) and Morgan; Ailee (Jacob), Cole (Mallory) and Dalton (Jenny); Zach and Kylie; Alec and Grace; Ethan (Allison), Bailey (Jackson), Sydney and Delaney; and great grand kids, Bruce and Myra; Sirus, Max and Etta; Jupiter and Pippa; Chloe; Hudson, Bennett and Hannah; Walter, Ruth and Ward; Charlie, Berkeley and Navy; Tucker, Cameron and Maverick; Elijah and Olive.
